Believe it or not, what
we think and our beliefs directly influence the things that happen in our
lives. In other words, we actually manifest our thoughts and dreams. Knowing
yourself and the power you possess, would pave way for a stronger ability to
live your dreams efficiently. Once your thoughts are clear, you trust yourself.
And once you trust yourself, it will show in the actions you do, this will lead
you to attain your goals. Humans, often under-estimate their powers to make
possible the toughest of things on the planet. Everything is within you.
There are a few steps
that could help you channelize your dreams into wonderful manifestations.
Clarity:
Be clear about what you
want to manifest, have a clear vision without which it would be like chasing an
illusion. Make a list if you want, or have a strong goal in mind that you want
to reach. This step might seem very simple, but it can be as complicated as the
other steps. Our minds are filled with thoughts, wishes, dreams and what not!
Just sifting through it to get to the top priorities can be tiring, so take
your time to understand yourself and know what you truly want right now. This
calls for a lot of time with “Yourself”.

Thoughts/ Intend:
Once you know what you
want, you need to set your intention to achieve it. Think positive and trust
your intention. Be firm and do not doubt your thoughts. Be ready to work hard
to reach that goal. Some people use prayers as the tool to keep the intentions
strong. Whatever is your way of keeping the thoughts alive, do it.

Action:
Setting goals and
intentions is not enough, these are like merely setting stage for your grand
play. The real work is yet to start. Like you cannot learn swimming without
getting inside water, you cannot make your intentions come true without doing
the needful work. If your goal is to achieve good grades in your course; study.
If your goal is to travel around the world; start with travelling to the next
State. If your goal is to become a better person, start working on your flaws/
weaknesses. Most importantly, enjoy every step you take.

Acceptance:
This is a very important
step: self-analyze yourself and find where you are. Know where you are going
right and wrong. Accept yourself with all the flaws and the ultimate point is,
to be satisfied and happy with what you are doing. You might not be doing as
well as you thought you would, or you might find obstacles along your path.
This is the time you need to develop “Self-love” and embrace self-acceptance.

Trust:
Trust your thoughts and
actions fully, believe that you will achieve your goal. Do not let any
negativity linger in your mind at all. Be open to receiving any information,
ideas and opinions: in short, be receptive. Do not resist. This is the phase
where you have done all that you can and you are waiting for the Universe to
work its magic!
